Estate of Grace

My friend and I recently produced Estate of Grace, a short video about a Greek Orthodox group home for children in New York State. It's a beautiful place that does its best to help children in need. Motivation

Just watched an incredible documentary called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. It was absolutely inspiring and very touching. I highly recommend watching it if you are interested in doing a juice cleanse or just want to see how two men changed their lives. And if you need motivation on eating right and taking care of yourself, this documentary will definitely do that. I am now determined to eat more veggies and fruit :-)
